Delivery & Returns
Deliveries within the UK
All packages can be sent 2nd Class Recorded Delivery at £3.95 via Royal Mail for all orders up to £40 within the UK (unless otherwise stated).
For all orders over £40, delivery is free of charge within the UK. Hooray! Please quote FP2017 at check out to claim the free postage as the website is currently unable to automatically process this.
Deliveries outside of the UK
Unfortunately, we are currently able to only ship within the UK. We are looking to add the rest of the world soon!
Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of the order being received unless otherwise stated on the main website.
We try to ensure that every product is accurately represented online, however with colours this can be difficult as there will always be a slight variation between how a shade appears in real life versus different phone/computer screens. If you receive any product that does match your expectations, we will replace or refund it once returned. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt if this is the case.
Hopefully, you will love your new bits and bobs! However, in the unlikely event that there is something wrong with your order eg. incorrect goods received, goods damaged or faulty in any way, we will be pleased to issue a full refund for the order and original postage charge. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt and goods will be re-dispatched on return of faulty items.
You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Should you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days, please contact us in writing or by e-mail.
Providing unwanted goods are received back to us in unused, unopened and re-saleable condition within 14 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods.
Orders placed by credit or debit card from this website will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card. Orders placed by Paypal will be refunded to your Paypal account.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of return of goods.
We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to package the product carefully to avoid damage.
You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
Please remember to give us your name and address, and a copy of your delivery note.
The cost of returning goods will be borne by you.
